What an incredible experience. Our pilot Mike was hilarious and took our humor and personalities in stride. Only a handful of instructions as they take care of the logistics around you. He and Jeremy (ground control) worked seamlessly to ensure we had a wonderful time.

We took balloon ride first time. All of the passengers were first timers. I was surprised to see large group 8-9 passengers. Pilot was good but we didn’t go much higher May be too much weight so we didn’t go higher? Next time I will try different company. Person who booked us was very very supportive and followed through.
