This was an amazing experience. My only critique would be that we did not go high enough and when we did we did not stay up it kept dropping but I think it was the winds . Other than that amazing experience .

The pilot and crew were very courteous and very knowledgeable. I have a fear of heights and they put me at ease to make this a great experience. They also accommodated a last minute booking which added to my great time.

I would love to upload a photo but I do not have any... they were a no-show..... Noone called or emailed us cancel and they were unreachable by phone... no one single vehicle in the parking lot at the meeting spot... I still haven't heard a apology explanation.... absolutely nothing I would NOT recommend this company ever.....

We are sorry you did t receive any notification of cancelation. The reason for that is Viator didn’t offer us any contact information for you. No email and no phone. Viator knew it was canceled though… so please don’t try hurting Aerogelic reputation when your original booking company dropped the ball.
