Shane was a professional pilot which made everyone feel comfortable. Helpful, timely communications from the moment we met him and he has a healthy sense of humor. One of the best adventures ever!
Only problem was finding the crew the morning of the ride. Directions will tell you the street address of the shopping mall but this center is about a half-mile wide and half-mile deep with a six lane highway in the middle. It is dark. 7:30 morning rush hour traffic everywhere. There are over 500 retail stores represented in clusters. The website does mentions that there is a Starbucks near a Lowes, but if they had only said to meet in front of one of these stores, that would of saved being confused and late. The balloon crew says they understand the problem, but have no control over directions found on Viator. Someone needs to just simple add Meet in front of XYZ retail store instead of just giving out the shopping center address. Otherwise, the trip was a 10

Bucket list item CHECK!!!!! This was a great experience. I took my 15 year old son on this adventure and we had a blast. I definitely recommend this to everyone. The Crew was awesome and they provided drinks and snacks. Loved, loved, loved it!!!!!!!!!!!
