Annivesary balloon ride, could not have been a better time. Dylan the pilot (also owner's son) was very calm and knowledgeable and I was confident in his skills after speaking with him. Entire process from t he 5 am show time to the traditional champagne toast was smooth. The balloon staff who blew up and took down the balloon worked with precision to get us up for the lovely sunrise. And we got a free bottle of wine due to our anniversary along with photos by the staff. Can I give this 6 stars?? Highly recommend. Yes its a little pricy but its a once in a lifetime experience for me so its definitely worth it. NOTE: someone on our basket got a little peaked mid-flight, it does get a little hot if you are under the burner so make sure you are hydrated (like maybe dont drink a bunch of wine the night before) or if you think you are going to be air sick take a position away from right under the burner.

Great first time balloon experience. Staff was very nice. Landing was soft. Watching them set up and take down the balloon was so interesting. You never realize how hard these folks work. Our pilot was great. He has 44 years of experience and may have been the owner -not sure. We felt very safe in his hands. A true professional. We stayed at an airbnb very close to the balloon meeting point. We go up at 6am the next day and enjoyed watching 12 or so balloons float in and around the property while we enjoyed our morning coffee! Don't miss that experience either.
