Very professional, friendly crew. Pilot is quite experienced and knowledgeable of the area and wines. Went back to the winery for tasting. Delicious!

Such a great experience! I booked online the day before the flight, called to verify, and received confirmation really quickly. The entire team was very helpful and professional. That made us feel comfortable and at ease. The pilot was very informative. He told us a lot about Temecula, views, and hot air balloons :) Exceed our expectations!

Overall a really great experience and I'd do it again for the great views. The reason I gave it a four star was because of some inaccuracies in the Trip Advisor description of the experience. The tour start time is listed as 5:30am, but they called me the day before saying I should arrive no later than 4:45am. Following the flight, we had mimosas in the back of the trailer in a random field where we landed, and not a light breakfast and mimosas in a private rose garden like the description stated. Not a deal breaker just not what I expected based on the description when I booked.
