We stayed at the New Inn which was near by the meeting point. They offered a shuttle to pick us up from the hotel. I was surprising my boyfriend with this experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend. I feel like we were up in the air a good amount of time. The views were gorgeous and our pilot was informative and knowledgeable.

The sunrise hot air balloon flight was an amazing experience. Jen in the office was very helpful when I booked the flight. This was a birthday gift for my dad and they had a birthday banner and a bottle of wine for him. The pilot, Eric, was great. He was funny and answered our many questions about hot air balloons. We had so much fun. Glad we chose to go with this company. Thanks for a very memorable flight!

The drive from Palm Springs to Temecula at 04:30 am was nerve wrecking. Once we got there all my fears disappeared. The staff was very professional & knowledgeable. The flight was smooth and the sight ooooohhh breathtakingly amazing. I loved every 3600 seconds of this. The drive back wasn't as bad, maybe because it was daylight and more noticeable life. This was part of my husband's 65th birthday celebration. The basket we were assigned to had a big "Happy Birthday" sign attached. At the end of the flight my husband received a bottle of wine from the owners winery with a happy birthday card. How thoughtful and sweet. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for allowing us to experience this wonderful tour of Temecula in a safe and well organized manner.
