The experience was fun and the staff was nice and informative. BUT I would not recommend this activity for anyone during Covid. I was really disappointed that masks were not enforced inside of the vans that take you to and from the launch site. Effort was not made at all by staff and about 1/3 of the people in our 16 person van elected to not wear their masks. Patrons were forced to duke it out with each other and it really detracted from the experience. Not only that, there was no ventilation in the van and staff leaves you in the vehicle for an extended period of time while launching their weather balloons. I would expect safety to be a number one priority with this sort of activity.

It was mine and my husband’s first time going on a hot air balloon ride and it was amazing. Our pilot Dillon has many years experience. Felt super safe. Definitely go with Sunrise Temecula Balloon
