Seeing the Vinyards from above and the Vineyard patterns with the Mountains in the background. The pilots narrative was so informative with cute humor. Everyone should do a Balloon Ride!!!!!!

They are many people here writing reviews about not getting a ride and not getting their money back either. WARNING please AVOID this place. They charged me $420 and they didn't give me a ride. They told me they put me on standby list but I read reviews about people who were in standby list for a YEAR until they got their ride. They are really nice when they want to charge you but they become really rude when you try to reschedule another time

We were so sorry that you missed your flight on July 4th. We had those seats available for you and they were empty when we flew our balloon that morning. We know that things happen, but also turned away a lot of passengers for those seats. According to our policy, which you confirmed, we do not offer refunds for no-shows. We did offer you a stand-by for a future flight to be understanding in these trying times. The flight was beautiful that day and we wish that you had made it, as you confirmed over the phone with me the day before that you would.

This was an activity of a lifetime!! It was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was very nice and willing to accommodate. And they were very informational. 10/10 would do it again.
