Everything done was first rate, from the brief safety meeting to the boarding and launching. Talking with the pilot (Dillon, Dylan?)was very interesting, even as busy as he was piloting the balloon he didn't give short answers or seem at all bothered by all the questions tossed at him. The flight lasted an hour and we had amazing low and high views, he brought us down to about 20 ft from some vines and then took us up to 1000 feet to catch a breeze to go elsewhere. Breakfast afterwards was cheerfully served by Gail, who again, was just very pleasant to talk to and ask questions of. All in all an amazing experience, have already recommended it to everyone we talk to about it. Plus, the Winery, Vindemia, has some very nice wines to taste and if you take the balloon ride the tasting is free. Highly recommend the "More Cowbell" red blend.

Great attention to detail. A veteran crew that made all feel at ease. They also had a courteous and kind nature that made us feel comfortable and cared for. Would highly recommend this group to any who were interested in a hot air balloon ride. I have been on 3 rides in different areas and companies and this was my favorite by far. Some was luck and some was skill by the pilot and company but overall it was a great memory.

One of the best flights I have ever taken! The Pilot (Eric) was amazing. The ground crew superb! The breakfast just right! Please do not change a thing! More Cow Bell please!
