What a fantastic experience. GREAT people. Kind, friendly, educational and overall relaxed vibe. Not rushed, even though we were on a time schedule. What a wonderful team this company works very well together (so early in the morning) I would do again!

We decided to use Californian Dreaming whilst staying in Temecula for friend’s wedding. This was out third attempt at ballooning (all other times were outside US) and aside from the early morning start it was a thoroughly experience. Watching the team setup the balloon was fascinating but a little cool. The team do provide blankets so grab one at the winery before you go to the launch location. Once you were up in the air the temp was surprisingly warm. After lift-off, and due to the still air. We were not travelling far until Dave (pilot/owner) starting tacking to find the winds. The skill of Dave to find the wind and then fly across the tree tops was amazing. You did always feel safe in the balloon and you can tell that Dave just loves flying. Some people have complained about the breakfast but after waking up at 4:30 in the morning. enjoying the silence of the balloon flight. the cheese fruit breakfast was the perfect end. This is the wine region so embrace the European style light breakfast. This is a family run business and the customer service we had was exceptional, the wife had a very nice (and white) jacket and the team provided a cover to ensure that it was not damaged. My first 5 star experience. 4 for the flight and 1 more for the customer service

Went ballooning for the first time with some family and friends to celebrate a friends birthday. The owners and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Dave the owner, was our pilot and was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He pointed out places of interest and explained the wind directions and how they affected our flight path. We had perfect weather that day and could see for miles - the views were amazing! After about an hour flight we went back to the winery where they provided us with a light breakfast of bread, cheese, fruit and mimosas. I would highly recommend them if you ever want to take a hot air balloon ride over Temecula’s wine country. It truly was an amazing once in a lifetime experience!
