Overview

The Sunrise Tour in Monument Valley is one of the greatest natural light show on earth. After a brief introduction with your Navajo guide the group will navigate into the heart of Monument Valley. The guide will determine a perfect place to watch the sunrise near the well known "Totem Pole" Monument. Please bring your camera! because this will be a sunrise you will never want to forget. After the sunrise prepare for an outstanding live performance at the Big Hogan Arch. Fully awaken your spirit with a skilled musician by your side and enjoy the natural amphitheater effect. The tour will then visit a Navajo Hogan where locals will demonstrate the art of Navajo Rug weaving. The tour will continue stopping at some of the most iconic places like John Ford's point, Three Sisters, Mitten View and much more! Watch each mesa, butte, and spire glow before your eyes on this unforgettable sunrise tour.

Love the tour. We were able to go to areas off the main loop and save the wear and tear on our car. Our guide, River, was great. He was very knowledgeable about the park, Navajo culture, and answered all our questions. Would recommend to anyone who wants to see and learn about Monument Valley.

We had a great tour with our guide Sabrina. She was right on time (even a few minutes early for our pickup time). She was very professional but also friendly and outgoing. She was able to share with us her personal experience and observations of Monument Valley and the Navajo life and culture. Her driving was impressive and timing of when we hit all the different locations on the tour was perfect. We arrived in plenty of time to watch the beautiful sunrise from a great location, then visited many other locations during the tour. She was completely flexible about how much time we wanted to spend at each location. Overall, it was a fun, educational, and relaxed morning. Monument Valley is an amazing place, but our time with Sabrina made it extra special. Couldn't have been better.
