Sunset Clear Kayak Tour

Overview

We'll paddle towards the Fort Pierce inter-coastal and zig-zag our way through long mangrove tunnels. We'll also stop at a couple shallow areas or sand bars that we can get out to enjoy the water and search for marine life and view the mangroves up-close. On the way back to the launch site, we will get a chance to enjoy a colorful and beautiful Fort Pierce sunset.

I would highly recommend this, and I plan to return. If you enjoy nature, this tour is for you. The scenery at the park is incredible. We arrived early to walk the beach and enjoyed the bright blue water at the inlet. The kayak tour was excellent, and the guide (Todd) enhanced the experience through his passion for the mangrove ecosystem. He is enthusiastic and points out the range of life you will encounter. You will be amazed by the scenery and appreciate the protection that the mangroves provide even beyond their physical footprint. The sunset tour was a pleasant experience - the weather cools a bit and the water is peaceful. Be aware the bugs might be out, so long sleeve athletic wear is good.

Todd was an amazing guide! He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable person who clearly loves his job! Appreciate his personal attention attributes and helping all of us, regardless of kayak experience!
