Sunset Cruise from Clearwater

Overview

Our Sunset Celebration Cruise lasts approximately two hours and will take you from Clearwater Bay through Clearwater Pass to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Sail the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico as you view a breathtaking Florida sunset and — if you’re lucky you may witness the legendary green flash. Your crew will point out some interesting facts about the natural wonders of the Gulf Coast as well as popular sights along the way. We are pleased to include a Complimentary Sunset Champagne Toast for all guests 21 and up.

While we do not guarantee dolphin sightings on our Sunset Cruise we often see them. We simply cannot guarantee because it gets darker earlier at some times of the year.

We ask that all guests check in to our booth 45 minutes prior to tour departure time. We begin boarding our tours 15 minutes prior to departure and always leave on time. We cannot wait for anyone who isn't there by departure time.

I and my sister took the SUNSET CRUISE 7p-9p. Full sun going out from dock, beautiful sunset in the Gulf, and full moon coming back into dock. Best of both worlds. Sat on the upper deck, and my only suggestion / complaint would be that there was NO back support for the benches along the rail. Your back was against a hard metal bar the whole time. Otherwise, it was very enjoyable, well organized, not too crowded altho' they were probably at full capacity. Recommeded, altho there are MANY, MANY boat cruises/dolphin sighting tours to chose from. I had a Groupon. If you're coming from mainland Clearwater, I highly suggest taking the $4/RT water taxi. So worth it since there's VERY LITTLE parking at Clearwater Beach! Water taxi takes you from Clearwater Marina with LOTS of free parking, right to the dock where Tropic Tours...and others...are located. Water taxi runs 'til 12:15AM every 15 mins. Be sure to eat at Crabby Bill's or the highly rated (by ALL locals) the Bait House at the very end to the water taxi dock.
