My husband and I came to Virginia Beach for our honeymoon and booked a sunset dolphin tour. It was a great experience and one of the guides was clearly very educated and passionate about the dolphins. Unfortunately with about 10 minutes left.. one guide asked if we wanted to stay out or come in. My husband said we were ready because his body was hurting and the tour guide rolled his eyes at us and started paddling in. My husband is a combat veteran who served four tours. He knew sitting in a kayak would be hard on his body but wanted to go because I was excited. To have the tour guide roll his eyes and be visibly annoyed was disheartening. We even called ahead to ask for single kayaks just so he could stretch out, the lady we talked to said it was no problem but when we got there we were put in a tandem. Again, it was a very cool experience, but we left feeling a little upset.

Thanks for your review of the Sunset Dolphin Kayak Tour recently. Sounds like the tour was going really well until the end when you were ready to come in. I am truly sorry if this happened on your tour. Our guides are top notch and trained to put the customer first during our tours. If you could call me this week to discuss the details of the experience further that would be helpful in addressing it with whichever guide did this. I am unable to determine which specific date you went on this tour based on your trip advisor review identifier so again if you could call me that would be helpful.
