What a joke. Not enough people to go they said when we called to confirm their location. No call from them to cancel. No email. No text. Just a āsorry we canāt run today.ā glad we called before taking an uber to the marina. They better refund our money or Iāll dispute the charge. Horrible customer service. Iām mad I have to give them 1 star. Stay away from them and donāt waste your time. They donāt care.

Roman, thank you for your feedback. Our confirmation clearly states that if we are below the minimum number of passengers, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a refund. We usually reach out two hours before the trip if bookings are still low. Since you called earlier with a question, I took the opportunity to let you know that the trip was unlikely to run. We also offered to rebook you for a different time or date when we had enough participants. You said you were not able to rebook.
Unfortunately, during this slower season, we donāt always reach the minimum required to operate, and while weād love to run every trip, we simply canāt do so without covering basic costs. We appreciate your understanding.
