I was called for a reschedule of our sunset dolphin tour the evening before our excursion. Rescheduled for the next afternoon which of course did away with the “Sunset” part of the tour. Received only a text message that morning canceling the dolphin tour without any type of apology for the inconvenience.

This time of year is considered our off season and we are run by appointment only. You had booked a time that was under the minimum. We called you to reschedule to a time that was going out. If a customer is leaving town and can’t reschedule or if weather conditions affect the trip, our policy states that we will refund your money. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and issued a full refund back to you.
