What To Expect

Rainbow Ryders Hot Air Balloon Ride Co.

Upon meeting at the check-in office, your pilots and crew will transport you to the launch site location, where you will have the option to become hands-on and help the crew or take in the view as the gentle giant comes to life. Before loading into the basket, the pilot will conduct a safety briefing, so make sure to listen carefully! Then you are up, up and away into the beautiful Arizona sky.

My husband surprised me for our anniversary with a balloon ride from rainbow ryders! First of all, it was a very well organized and professional operation. The shop was very clean and well done, and the location is easy to find. Our pilot was Jesse and he was the BEST! He had extensive knowledge about the area and wildlife while we were flying and answered everyone’s questions with a great sense of humor! He made the experience that much better and I cannot wait to go back and do it again! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and EVERYONE, as well as our great pilot Jesse!

If your bucket list includes a hot air balloon ride or you just want a memory making experience call Rainbow Ryders. I have used other companies and thought they were good but this company is amazing. They offered pre-boarding which certainly made it easier for me. We booked our tickets through their Phoenix location. Andy our pilot assistant kept us well informed as to where we were going, how the balloon operated and made us feel quite safe as he emphasized the companies “Safety First” motto. A light breakfast that included champagne (O.J.) for some welcomed us back to reality. We were given a fun flight certificate and after some great photos we said good bye to the wonderful crew that created a life time memory

This was one of my many bucket list items as I’m sure for everyone else. Pilot Jesse, Kyle and crew Ryan, Johnny and Foster we’re simply Outstanding! Jesse knows his stuff. His knowledge and flight experience calmed my nerves tremendously. He and the crew explained everything to us and answered all of our crazy questions. The lift off was so smooth that I didn’t know that the flight had begun. I took lots of amazing photos. Don’t mess with those other companies. I’ll be looking for Rainbow Ryders for my next flight. Awesome experience!
