What To Expect

Rainbow Ryders Hot Air Balloon Ride Co.

Upon meeting at the check-in office, your pilots and crew will transport you to the launch site location, where you will have the option to become hands-on and help the crew or take in the view as the gentle giant comes to life. Before loading into the basket, the pilot will conduct a safety briefing, so make sure to listen carefully! Then you are up, up and away into the beautiful Arizona sky.

I took my family on the sunset ride over Phoenix as a kick-off to our holidays together. We had an amazing time - Patrick was our pilot, and he exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I went on the sunset ride today. It was so amazing - definitely crossed an item off the bucket list! Our pilot, Chad was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and answered questions the entire time. The crew are so professional. The facility is top notch. It's worth going with a professional group such as Rainbow Ryders - you can tell that safety is their top priority. Highly recommend and can't wait to go again for the sunrise next time we are in Phoenix!

This is a fabulous adventure and I will not forget it. The colors of the terrain, mountains, and sky are overwhelming. This is a top rate attraction. Everyone is professional and that is good when you are looking down from a mile high hot air balloon. Safety is their top priority. We were pleasantly surprised with champagne at the end of the ride and a light snack back at their headquarters.
