Look for Osprey, Great Blue Heron, Green Heron and Bald Eagles that frequent the area. Paddle next to Thompson Island, where ancient burial grounds are protected by the state park. Guide was great (Josh) - it was my first time kayaking and he gave clear instructions and didn’t rush the trip. The bay is scenic and we did see some of the wildlife along the shoreline.
