It was an awesome tour! Zack was personable and so knowledgeable about the wildlife. We saw numerous dolphins, jellyfish, birds, and some of the plankton. Tried to visit the manatees, but they weren’t haven’t it lol! Will definitely be back during August next time, as that’s when the plankton are most abundant! My son and I had a great time!

Worst experience ever! BUYER BE AWARE, YOUR SAFETY IS AT RISK WITH THIS COMPANY! Please do not book with them. We arrived at 6pm for our 6:30 tour. It was heavily raining with thunderstorms, our car was slipping due to the heavy rain. We tried calling multiple numbers since 5:30 to get ahold of the company because we were worried about our safety. Once we got there we spoke to the tour guide who mentioned visibility and weather is not safe and we would receive a refund. When I called the company the next day they refused to give us a refund stating the rains cleared at 6:50ish and we should have waited for the storm to pass. This company goes against its policy and safety of customers. It should be reported. The owner also comes on here to harass reviewers.

Hello, We apologize you misunderstood our procedures. When guests arrive and we have some inclement passing weather, we will put the tour on a weather hold (up to 30 mins). We have guests who travel here from all over the world to specifically see the bioluminescence and we will do everything we can, to get them in the water safely. If you have a tour w/us and we put the tour on a weather hold, we ask you to remain on site for 30 mins past the original start time of your tour. You are absolutely able to leave whenever you'd like, BUT, IF YOU ARE NOT THERE WHEN THE TOUR IS CALLED TO GO OUT, then you are marked as a no show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. This was explained to you. You felt it appropriate to cuss the phone operator out, threatened to find them etc.. Very big of you..(all calls are recorded, like the operator mentioned). We appreciate you leaving your review, as we also had an opportunity to respond to this nonsense. READ what you're purchasing and these things become clear.. Thanks for paddling w/us😊
