Overview

Take a 2.0 hour sailing cruise on a Sparkman and Stephens Sailing Yacht. With your small-group, engage on this classic 42 ft yacht, that accommodates a 6 passenger maximum for an intimate cruise through the waters of Wrightsville Beach. This tour is a spectacular way to see the waterways, barrier islands, and marine life surrounding Wrightsville Beach in North Carolina. Please note, beginning November 8, 2018 our Sunset Cruise will depart at 3:00 pm. Sunset Cruise guests should arrive at least 10 minutes early.

What To Expect

North Carolina Coast

Scenic waterway tour along the southern portion of island, Masonboro Inlet, and interior portions of Masonboro Island. We sail along the Intracoastal Waterway to Motts Channel near the Wrightsville Beach draw bridge.

The Shamrock is a lovely vessel, and Capt. Jim is a really great guy ...very knowledgable about sailing and the Wilmington area. Our party of six enjoyed the sunset cruise immensely. We were out over 2-hours, but the time flew by because we were all enjoying the sights, including Cape Fear. Highly recommended!

Our family highly recommends this adventure whether you are a local or visitor to this area! Captain Jim is knowledgeable and informative about the local history and wildlife, and made our venture so interesting and fun. The sail was comfortable, and provided refreshments and snacks allowing for a wonderful time on a very hot day. We will definitely bring our NC visitors along for this beautiful way to experience our NC coast. Thank you again Shamrock Sailing!
