Overview

We are open for walk-ups on the weekends from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and by reservation during the week (weather and unforeseen circumstances may change the hours). We are located on the water with the equipment all ready to go. No transporting of equipment necessary. We also supply the paddle, life jacket, and leash. With the beautiful Liberty Station park as our backdrop, we can help make your say on the water an easy and enjoyable experience.

Gave my Goddaughter this stand up paddle-board lesson as part of her high school graduation present. She is from the Boston area and might just move to San Diego because of her experience with the SUP Connection (kidding of course). Sam was just wonderful in her tutoring and enthusiasm for the sport and location. The paddle area is just off San Diego Bay on a back channel that lies on the end of the runway of San Diego International Airport. The sights and sounds just fill you with absolute awe! The shore area is lined with palm trees that seem to wave and say, "welcome to Southern California." If you are looking for things for you and /or your family to partake in while trying so hard to enjoy San Diego (kidding again...just being here is awesome enough), you will not find a better experience than stand-up paddle-boarding with Samantha and the SUP Connection!

I set this up so friends and I could take our dogs out on the water. It was a fantastic experience. Samantha the owner was great working with the people who had never been on the water before. I highly recommend it.
