The Swan Boats on Rainbow Lagoon are one of the hottest new activities in Long Beach's ionic Rainbow Harbor. Don’t miss this unique way to experience the area and all of its beauty.

All of our boats come equipped with shaded canopies for maximum comfort. Our large swan boats feature a roomy back seat for those that would like to forego pedaling and would prefer to just enjoy the view.

You are welcome to bring food and drinks on-board the swan boats for a floating picnic (no alcohol is permitted).

The email said time starts once we get there yet we got there a little late and out time had began already. Workers seemed done and ready to go home. No enthusiasm or hello.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with your experience. Yes, for morning and afternoon day-time reservations, we are able to accommodate your full 1-hour rental if you arrive up to 15 minutes late during earlier time-slots, as you note is stated in your confirmation email. Though also in that email it is noted that for reservations later in the evening and night rides “you must arrive on time or your rental time may be cut short.” This is due to rules that we must follow as a concessionaire to the City of Long Beach that all boats must be off the water by 10pm, no exceptions. We have this policy in place so that all of our guests are able to enjoy their illuminated swan boat ride. If you would like to discuss your experience further, we would be happy to hear from you. It's really nice to go for a valentines date, we had reservations at 5pm and it was perfect bc we had the lights and then we saw the sunset. It's pretty small so if you keep pedaling you'll be done super fast, but most couples will stay and chill in some spots. We stopped for a while and watched the super bowl half time on the phone and then eventually pedaled back. It was nice. It gets super busy at night, when we got back a lot of ppl were waiting for a boat and they had sold out. And I asked a team member for a picture and she was super nice and took a picture of us.

Wei couldn’t find the place so I basically just lost my reservation, we were looking for like half hour to find the place even before our reservation time and even the map just took us to the parking lot on the side of the beach. For me you should give more specific information and details to find it.
