The Swan Boats on Rainbow Lagoon are one of the hottest new activities in Long Beach's ionic Rainbow Harbor. Don’t miss this unique way to experience the area and all of its beauty.

All of our boats come equipped with shaded canopies for maximum comfort. Our large swan boats feature a roomy back seat for those that would like to forego pedaling and would prefer to just enjoy the view.

You are welcome to bring food and drinks on-board the swan boats for a floating picnic (no alcohol is permitted).

Took the fam for day in long beach And this was our first stop Early at 11 before it got hot It was a great experience

Didnt give me my refund because I never got on the swans because I was missing my id. 0/10 never going back there

David, Thank you for your feedback. Yes, your initial request for a refund was denied as it was submitted after your reserved time with no reason for the refund request provided at that time. As stated in our Refund/Rescheduling Policy (in your confirmation email and also posted during the booking process), “You must contact us a minimum of 1-HOUR prior to your reservation time. No refund or rescheduling will be processed if you fail to contact us one hour in advance or miss your reservation time.” and our customer service rep was simply following that policy. With that said, given your further explanation in this review and simultaneous private message response to our initial denial, we have issued you a full refund. To further explain why a valid, government-issued ID is required for rentals, when you check in you sign a legal liability waiver and all legal documents must be signed by a person 18 years or older and it is our responsibility in keeping all guests, staff, and company safe to follow those laws. We hope you will give the swan boats at Rainbow Lagoon another chance and do apologize for your frustrating experience. Fun time with my girlfriend for her birthday. Greet weather with crowd around for the event. I would recommend this ride to everyone!
