Staff was friendly end helpful. Must make reservations for the time being during the pandemic, but they had a QR code there and did it on my own fairly quickly.

I had higher hopes for this experience based off photos I had looked at. I will start by saying I struggled to hear the girl in reservation box, she needs to speak up, mask, plexiglass and quiet voices are very fustrating. We reserved on a Monday night at 7pm to get a night glow experience. Our swan lights weren't on, but we didn't know if this was a timer type thing. Later we saw, our Swan didn't have it's battery for the lights. With two kids under 12 this was very saddening. I said maybe we could go back and trade boats, but by the time we were able to fight the wind and current, the kids were over this experience. Also expected more wow, as pictures showed building light up as a heart, and Ferris wheel, non were on however I am sure this must be a weekend thing, and as for the hotel,an organized lighting maybe. I mentioned we were sad that our swan didn't light up to the attendant, he said "you would of needed a reserved time of 7pm or later". I told him this was exactly what I had done, as this is what we wanted. Also fyi, street meter parking is way more affordable then parking in hotel parking lot, near the Lagoon.
