Enjoyable experience. Picked up and dropped off from hotel in Waikiki Beach. Catamaran was small and crowded but crew very friendly and helpful! Felt safe and appreciated having them in water to guide and support snorkeling. We saw dolphins, sea turtle , a small octopus, and lots of tropical fish. Lunch was tasty. Unfortunately photographer was sick and didn’t work this day so didn’t get any pics in water.

I joined the dolphin swimming tour with Indigo Ocean Hawaii, and unfortunately, it was one of the most uncomfortable and upsetting experiences I’ve had while traveling. One of the crew members repeatedly humiliated female guests with inappropriate, degrading comments — all under the excuse of ā€œjust joking.ā€ It wasn’t light teasing — it was targeted, uncomfortable, and made the entire experience feel hostile and disrespectful. Even more disturbing, he physically pushed me and my friend underwater and held us there for several seconds. This was not playful; it was frightening and completely unacceptable. What’s worse is that no one else on the crew stepped in to stop or correct his behavior. There was a clear lack of accountability and concern for guest safety and comfort. I do not recommend this tour, especially for women, unless the company takes serious action to address the crew’s behavior and create a respectful and safe environment for all guests.

Unbelievably gorgeous scenery, plentiful, playful dolphins jumping and swimming and twirling through the air! Whole crew was fantastic, and Dave captured photos throughout the journey so that we could stash our phones and be fully immersed in the experience. Highly recommend!
