The staff was very helpful! If you want snorkel vests to wear, they will give them to you. They took us out at sunset, which was nice, and we were able to see spinner dolphins heading in on the way out. Once we got out there, we jumped into the water and swam a little way out to the platform. My son who is not able to swim and has balance issues took a while to get in the water, but the staff was very patient with him and managed to get him out into the water and onto the platform! That is why I chose this company- because they are willing to help those that cannot swim, and they have a place for them to lay on top of so that they are not fighting the water. My son was able to see manta rays laying on top of the platform! He oved it! The waters were rough that day (which isn't the company's fault), so it was a little difficult hang on and keep my feet from hitting others, but I did manage to see a few manta rays and take some good pictures! It was awesome to see the manta rays. I did take Dramamine 40 minutes prior to riding out, and I definitely recommend it for everyone. Overall, it was a good experience!

Captain Bryce and his team were able to offer me a space in their boat when the tour I had originally booked cancelled 15 minutes before the start. They made it very easy to sign up on the spot, provided all necessary equipment and made sure everybody had a good time even with a larger group than they had originally anticipated. The weather wasn't great, so we were almost the only boat out there and had five mantas feeding below our float. It was an amazing experience. The team was able to accomodate non-swimmers on a floating mat, provided wet suits (extra fee but definitely worth it) and hot drinks. Tamae filmed the mantas with a GoPro and provided the footage for free, so we could just enjoy it without having to worry about taking pictures or videos. I had originally booked a small group tour, but the larger boat was able to go out when smaller boats couldn't, and the teams made sure everybody had a good view on the mantas.

I had family visiting from Australia and wanted to impress them, all I can say is it did not disappoint!!! It was certainly a tour to remember. We were lucky enough to come across a pod of dolphins on our way out to see the Rays, the Captain had some fun with them doing donuts and they put on a show for us riding and jumping the waves. The crew were super knowledgeable & friendly, answering questions and giving us a lot of really interesting information on the Rays. We saw about 10 rays, and they were huge (10' to 12' wingspan) they came so close to us it was amazing, it's like watching an underwater ballet!!! I'd highly recommend it, totally worth the cost.
