Overview

Enjoy great tacos while enjoying the beauty of Assawoman Bay on a boat! Our Bay Hopper will cruise down the Assawoman Bay to Barrio Taco on 64th street in OC. The team at Barrio Taco will meet us and bring you a taco kit with a tasty combination of different homemade salsas that are sure to awaken your taste buds.

Your group will get to choose 3 of the following meats:
• Barbacoa – beef slowly cooked
• Al Pastor – spit roasted sliced pork, pineapple, pineapple cilantro salsa
• Asada – smoked adobo rubbed prime beef brisket
• Chorizo – house made pork sausage
• Carnitas – smoked pork

In addition to the meats and salsa, your group will get the needed toppings for a perfect taco – including radishes, cilantro, cabbage, and limes.

Now, you’re probably thinking that a nice cold cerveza would go great with these tacos – and you’d be right! Since this trip is BYOB, feel free to bring your favorite beer or other drink of your choosing. Each section of the boat will get 15 tacos!!!
