We booked the escursion and were really excited. There was not a definite place to show up. We found another Viator tour and he informed us to go to the first restaurant, which we did. No one showed up at all. We called them and had no reponse. We asked the restaurant about this tour and were told they were not aware of it at all and we had been scammed. We requested a refund 30 minutes after the tour was supposed to start and Viator has not responded. (It is 45 days later). Do not book this tour or use Viator as they do not want to help you get your money back.

This is a SCAM to me. I scheduled the tour for my husband’s birthday 11/04/22. I was notified 2 hours before the he tour that me and my husband were the only ones to book and could we do a Pub crawl I said no and requested a refund I never got it. I was very disappointed and never received my money back from this fake tour…
