Can’t speak more highly of this company and everyone who works for them, from the bus driver to the person fitting our helmets everyone was great, I would like to shoutout Brent, our trail guide, he was patient, easy going, helpful and super informed about everything. I know there are a lot of snow mobile tour companies in Tahoe but you won’t regret your time with them, especially when competitors just send you on a basic track. Definitely ask for Brent to give you your tour I know we will next time we come!

Actual ride and guide was very good. Extremely busy - where safety felt compromised. Being asked to arrive 90 minutes early to fill out a one page form and pick up a helmet was such a waste. Thankfully we brought lunch so just ate in our car. Communication at headquarters was poor. Overall the trip was fun.

We had so much fun! It was so neat to get off the beaten path and explore the mountain. We enjoy four wheelers at home, but had never operated a snowmobile. We loved every minute! The views were incredible, even spotting a coyote! Our guide, Brent, went out of his way to be sure we knew how to operate the snowmobiles safely and made sure we were all together and doing well along the way. He stopped to take our pictures and let the kids explore for a bit. Our two kids (5 yo girl & 10 yo boy) wanted to go again (so did we)! For a successful trip, DRESS WARMLY. Base, mid, and top wind proofed layers with a balaclava (esp for younger kids wo visor helmets) and waterproof gloves. You can always shed layers, but even on a sunny day you’re heading to a summit at around 40 mph. If sunny, wear sunglasses under your visor. If you have any questions, the office staff, including George were so helpful and informative.
