We were on upper deck and had a very enjoyable ride. The speakers were not very loud and we had a hard time hearing the captain talk about the area but an employee was up there and we just pulled him aside and asked him questions. Very polite staff.

Sign up, paying was easy. Cost was reasonable. Weather was great. Guide gave interesting info, easy to hear, understand! Noisy toddler was bored, tired. Seats were hard, without lumbar support. I would recommend the trip for ages 10 and up.

Great driving, very kind, peaceful and in lighting tour and guide. Nice boat! Also i was late and missed my departure and the lady in the office was so helpful and kind about rescheduling. I'm very grateful and satisfied. i would definitely recommend to others and i intend on returning for more. Thank you!
