They did not clean at breakfast and had to leave and not eat because of it, breakfast is included but I know we pay more in the price of the room for it, and I’m not satisfied with this and I’m scared for my twins now, something needs to been done about this

It seems you have us confused with the accommodation you stayed at. We are a sightseeing tour and do not server meals. We are sorry that wherever you stayed did not give you a good experience, but since we do not know if you took our boat ride difficult to respond. Lets hope your next visit to St Augustine is a little more positive experience.

It was the best thing we did and the last thing we did on our trip there in St Augustine...it was majestic..we saw the clouds forming for the sunset and watched the sun fight for one more chance to show out...made our pictures gleam..staff was so informative about the town and the tour...making it the greatest vacation for me and my grandbabies...
