Had hoped to get an overview of the area. Not! Did very little speaking. Having never been here before I had hoped for more information. Was nice being on the water and seeing dolphin pods.

Speakers were not working at the beginning of trip. I was surprised there was no safety review or mention about life jackets. VERY COOL day and no warm beverages available. :(

My travel partner and I enjoyed being on the water. Weather was sunny and even the brisk wind was tolerable. The price for the trip was quite reasonable. From the ticket office to the staff on the boat, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Just a couple items might make the trip even better. First, the captain was talking a lot about the sights we were passing and the only problem was, those of us seating inside couldn't hear him. There was only one speaker inside to amplify his voice. Second, there is no free parking lot for travelers. St. Augustine is basically a city of paid parking and nowhere in their trip info, does it explain where to park to board the boat. My partner and I both have some mobility issues and found it hard to park, pay and pickup our tickets at willcall and then get down the pier to board. We missed the first boat due to the lack of information and signage about parking and willcall. Perhaps the best way is to park at the trolley headquarters and they can let you off at the correct stop. Also, the porpoises were visible by those able to hustle to the front of the boat and the captain did try to have a side view. We saw the tails of some as the dived back down. We enjoyed this trip and recommend it for a great way to spend a couple hours on the water.
