Waited over 40 minutes in direct Sun to be told 2 minutes before trip that it was cancelled. Staff were unprofessional and said to come back another time. Received a refund from attendant that kept saying that she never knows anything and that no one tells her anything. There are many other tours in the area that value their customers. Do not waste your time here. Lesson learned.

Are you sure you have the correct sightseeing tour? If weather is a factor than it can sometimes be a last minute for the captain to not go for safety reasons, but you would not have been boarded until 15 minutes prior to the trip or not boarded at all if the trip was in question. We apologize if this was our cruise, but our captains make that call if they feel it's unsafe due to the weather. Our staff strive to be courteous, professional and keep customer informed of possible weather issues.

Friendly staff & a beautiful boat ride. We even saw manatees and dolphins! The staff were patient and kind with our 8 year old, triplets. It was definitely worth taking this trip.

The Victory III, is a relaxing ride that goes by the lighthouse, steel cross, and Anastasia park. The captain gives a brief history of attractions but not too much so you can enjoy the ride. Boat has snacks, some adult beverages and soda available. Take your phone/camera, dolphins are out swimming around ready for a photo opp.
