Poor decision by the tour management to take the 2:45 group out on 11/25 due to dense fog!!( we were told it was a wait to see if they would go then we could either reschedule or be refunded if they decided not to go due to the fog) I paid well over $100 for our family, was a waste of money! We could not see half of what we went on the cruise to see and the narrator didn’t have the PA system working the first half.

This tour had no narration of where we were going or what we are looking at. Nothing other than to welcome us. The sound system inside the vessel was of terrible quality blasting xmas carols which would have been great if sound was good. This trip could be lovely if some customer service was added.

We couldn't make it in time so we never went, they wouldn't give us a refund. Bummer. The weather was cold and he water was rough so we probably wouldn't have enjoyed it anyway.
