The problem with purchasing the City Pass is that you are committed to going to these activities. It is more efficient to purchase each activity as you go. When your plans change, etc. or you are caught in traffic and miss the boat, your $700 evaporates. Today it is raining, it is our last day and we were going to go to Busche Gardens - but rain, so we paid a lot of money for a trip to the zoo where the animals were mostly too hot and in shaded or covered areas so can't see them. The best part of the zoo unfortunately on a hot day, is the water sprinklers.

We're sorry you didn't have a good experience using CityPASS. When you have an unexpected change of plans like that, especially due to something out of your control, it's always a good idea to check with our Customer Care team to see if they can help. No promises, but sometimes depending on the attraction, they can get you rescheduled.

This is the first time I have not been happy with a tour booked through Viator. This tour was advertised as access to several Tampa destinations for 9 days. My family and I intended to visit Busch Gardens twice, but we were only allowed to visit each location one time. This was not stated in any of the literature on site. We were not the only people who had this issue as several people were in line complaining about the same issue.

We are very sorry for the miscommunication. CityPASS does only include one-time admission to each attraction. This is communicated on our website, but we will work on getting this information added to the Viator website as well.
