Additional Info
  • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
  • In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
  • Minimum age is 3 years
  • Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
  • It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
  • If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.
  • Hand sanitiser available to travellers and staff
  • Gear/equipment sanitised between use

We had a great experience. We brought our two exchange students and the staff we so very accommodating. They engaged everyone and made the whole experience a memory for our girls that should last a lifetime. I would highly recommend this location.

My husband and I wanted an Experience and I know we have found a new Love, Skydiving! Our Instructor was absolutely Amen! I recommend this sport to anyone looking for a new Adventure

Unclear and unfair weight policy resulted in excluding a 15 year old boy and embarrassing him in front of his friends. The policy clearly states that for those between 260 and 300 lbs, they must be cleared by staff. When we arrived to check in for a 15 year olds birthday party, each child had to weigh in and 1 child weighed 271, so we expected to go through a clearing process. Instead, the staff said ā€œwe donā€™t do that. He canā€™t flyā€. This is very misleading. His mother completed the waver to allow him to fly. If there was no process to accommodate someone that is 271 lbs, the waiver should state in VERY CLEAR LANGUAGE that individuals over 260 lbs will not be permitted to fly or the waiver should request the weight be entered in order to complete. We would have selected a different activity that would be inclusive of all participants. The manager at the front desk said I could have a ā€œcreditā€, but I requested a refund, to which they responded ā€œwe donā€™t do same day refundsā€. When we read their waiver together, it clearly states they do, so they processed the refund. It seems they want to follow policies as they feel like it.
