The Tampa International Airport is so good and nice, but totally fails at car rentals. Imagine flying in, making your way to the car rental area in less than 20 minutes, then waiting THREE HOURS to pick up your pre-reserved car!!!!!!! This happens EVERY time I use this airport. NO other airport has such a long wait for a car. It took longer to pick up the car than it took to fly to Tampa from Detroit! WORST airport car rental function I've ever experienced.

Great airport. Efficient staff. Our flight in as rerouted and our luggage was misplaced. The staff were efficient in tracking and having it delivered to us the next day. Plenty of car hire options available. Enough places to eat - but yes it’s expensive

Our flight was delayed 45 minutes and Cyrus was great working with us. We were picked up in just a couple of minutes and he was very nice and courteous. I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you!
