Each tour is designed to include delicious food tastings from specialty eateries as well as an off-the-beaten-path glimpse of the history, culture, architecture, and entertainment offerings of the Mississippi Delta.

The food was excellent but the guide was hard to understand. She'd be walking ahead of everyone and we couldn't hear her half the tinme.

My biggest disappointment was the timing. Food tours I've taken in the past have not had so much waiting in between stops. I've seen guides call ahead and there was a short wait so people could talk. But it seems after the first restaurant, the second restaurant and third were a little disorganized. This is the time more historical information could be incorporated. It's nice to have hot food it took as long as ordering an entree. Just time management. Food was wonderful.
