Great tour. Made us want to go back and spend more time there. History was great and the food samples were so much we were full by end of Tour

This isnā€™t a review of Sarah, our tour guide as she did the best she could with the quality of the stops that were made on the tour. We have been on a dozen food tours in different cities of the country and this was by far the weakest one. My wife and I only lasted for half the tour as it was very hot and there were no opportunities to sit and enjoy a generous size sampling of foods, which is what every other food tour we have gone on has done. This tour was rushed from one stop to the next and the merchants were not organized or prepared. We had small tastings of a tea, crumb pastry, a bite of salmon, mini donuts and grapes and we were half way through the tour. Quantity of stops was not the problem.

Hello - we are deeply sorry that you had such a disappointing experience. And especially sorry that you left the tour early, as most of the heartier tastings were yet to come. This tour does have a brisk pace, but it shouldn't feel rushed...so sorry about that, too. Be assured these are merchants we have long relationships with and we arrange and pay for tour tastings in advance. If they seemed harried they were likely dealing with regular business issues on one of the busiest days of the tourist season at the market. We try and fit as much into the 2 hours as possible, and pride ourselves on being a cultural and history tour as well as a tasting tour. And for most guests, the 8+ tastings during the 2 hours are plenty of food. But everyone is different, and certainly if you hoped to sit and eat at the vendor stops this was not the tour you expected. Please provide us with a direct email address and we will be happy to issue a refund since you didn't finish the tour. Regards, Leslie Law Operations Manager Show Me Seattle Tours

Not realizing how grand Pike Place Market is-we weā€™re not sure what to expect. Upon meeting Nola we were excited to get the tour started. Nola is a wealth of knowledge and her passion and pride of this history of Pike Market and surrounding area is out of this world! Fantastic tour!
