We were told to come hungry. Having travelled all day and up at 4:30am from Boston we were starving. An hour into the tour we had a stale cinnamon bun that tasted horrible. We needed to tell Marcia that we were going to collapse of starvation. A credit to Marcia who quickly kicked it in and got us an Indian meat Simosa, which was delicious, (not veggie as stated in our email summary). Marcia told us she couldnāt use a microphone/head set but we passed other food tours and it looked as though the tour guides did have headsets??? We feel like the history part at the beginning was far too long at the start. Also, since crab is a popular Seattle food, where was the crab tasting?! We never saw it? Also a few of our tastings were from the market vendors who were giving out free tastings. We could have done that ourselves. For $60 per person x 6ppl and. $50 tip, this was not worth the ātripā. Just āadvisingā other guests!

So sorry that the tour did not reach your expectations. Regarding what you paid, thank you for your generous gratuity to the guide, but we are concerned that you were overcharged by a reseller for the tour. The retail price of this tour including local taxes should be $48.44. Please email us with the receipt from your purchase and we will look into getting you a refund for the difference. We choose not to use headsets to keep our tour a more personal experience, so we endeavor to keep our groups small. We are always glad to get feedback so we can continue to make the tour better, and we take our guests' comments very seriously, especially about the long delay before the first tasting. We hope you will contact us for the partial refund, and we look forward to having the opportunity to provide another tour for you in the future.
Best,
Leslie
