Marcia was a fabulous guide!! I am so glad we decided to see the market through a tour!! We would have missed a lot if we would have just gone down and wandered around. I am going home with some DELICIOUS things and having AMAZING Greek yogurt for breakfast. We seriously loved our time there and I know a lot of that was because you were able to share so much information and make it so interesting. We were BLOWN away. (litterally and figuratively because of the fun wind gusts!!) I can't thank you enough! Is was a total value and we would definitely do it again!!

On our Pike Place Market tour to say Marcia changed my life would be completely accurate. My wife and I waffled back and forth over this tour as she knows I am not a big fan of seafood. In the end we opted for it and it was more than worth it. Marcia was so knowledgeable and passionate about the culture, the history, the people and the way of life the market provides. She was a a first name basis with those who frequent the market and those who work there and was a champion of their way of life. The food was extraordinary, never in my life have I been able to stomach clam chowder, or cold Salmon but the flavour and the her insistence as belief in the food made me try some and then I found myself relishing every bite, accepting seconds and cleaning out every bit of chowder from the bottom of the bowl. This was the highlight of our tour trip to Seattle. Thank you Marcia for the life changing experience and making me a fan of Seattleā€™s sea food and cultural identity. Warm wishes from up North from Luke and Pia!

This was such an excellent tour in so many ways: I called in the morning and was able to book a tour for the same afternoon with no trouble. Marcia, our tour guide, texted in advance to check about mobility issues and dietary restrictions, as well as tell us where to meet. She was so lovely, friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the market and all the businesses we stopped at. I am vegetarian and we had another person with dietary restrictions in our group, and Marcia was extremely careful and considerate about ensuring there were options for both of us and that we got to enjoy everything. We managed to fit in 11 tastings, even on a busy Sunday afternoon. Everything was EXCELLENT and the samosas were the best I've ever had. I learned so much about the story of the market and the people who helped it grow and flourish. Of course we also saw the stand where they toss the fish and where the diner scene from Sleepless in Seattle was shot, as well. I try to take a food tour in whatever city I'm visiting and this one is absolutely one of the best. The icing on the cake is that Marcia sent a written summary in an email later listing all the places we stopped and what we had so we could return and wouldn't forget anything. Can't recommend it highly enough!! Thank you, Marcia!!!
