What To Expect
1
Historic Columbia River Highway State Trail

2
Garnier Vineyards
This local winery has an amazing rose and loves bike tours. They have an impressive view of the Gorge for you to relax while sipping your wine.
3
Mosier
Before leaving tiny Mosier, you'll be treated to a beer at our local watering hole. Snackies are on you and there's also a local market for provisions.
4
Memaloose State Park
For those who would rather take a short hike versus wine / beer taste, we'll take in double mountain views from this trail that only locals know about.

Tl;dr The tour rocked; the tour guide was passionate and knowledgeable; the views were spectacular; you can't beat wine and cheese. I scheduled this tour as a birthday gift. Having not done something like this before, I didn't know what to expect. At booking, I sent a message to Megan asking if we could bring our (well-behaved) dog, and she was totally fine with it! We brought our dog trailer with us, but it didn't end up fitting the provided bikes. Megan was awesome enough to run back to her home and bring her cargo bike which fit the dog swimmingly. We were very grateful and the dog got to tag along for the ride! Because of certain world events, I've been a major couch potato of late, but the electric bikes made everything a breeze. We went up and down some major hills, and I got to choose how much of a workout I wanted to put my legs through. We opted for the additional hike with a picnic, and I was able to (slowly) get up to the top, even after all that biking. At the top of the hike, we had an excellent spread with a local red blend wine from a Vineyard we passed along the way. We sat with a great view of the gorge while eating and learning about the area. Something to know: Street parking in Hood River is paid Mon-Sat. We parked in a max 3 hours location, but due to some luck, we were able to extend it beyond that. Sunday has free parking.
