•The luau grounds at the Wailea Beach Marriott is a leisurely 20 minute walk from the lobby along the ocean front. Please advise if you may have difficulty with the distance to request assistance at the bell desk.

The luau was nice, the food was okay but the place was beautiful. We had two small children and were hoping to see more fire dances but there was only one at the end. The songs and dances were good. There’s a bar included- bring cash to tip. The line was super long and went very slowly. The parking was free until 8:30 however the show was out at 8:20 and the walk back was very long- almost on the opposite side from the luau. That’s how they get you! I had my husband go get the car while I walked back w the kids and we barely made the 8:30 cut off. I gave this 3 stars because I have been to a much better luau in the other island of Kauai. I do have to say the next day my stomach was in knots and I had to stay near a bathroom...not sure if it was the Buffett at the luau? It’s hard not to assume. The woman who hosted the luau was telling stories about the people and island which my husband and I enjoyed learning about and she connected it back to the dances.
