The tour was great for something to do especially if you need to kill time while downtown. The staff were friendly but their uniforms were dirty. The bus needs to be updated or better cleaned. There was dust on the window board and windows needed to be cleaned. The food and tea were ok but was disappointed at getting a glittery togo type cup when that’s not what’s advertised. There wasn’t even a logo or no branding on it. The singing and tour guide Debbie was great as she interacted with my 8 year old daughter throughout the tour. Nice to see all the tourist areas around town.

Horrible experience and not worth the money! Advertised free tumbler and didn’t receive.. said they ran out of sugar.. tour guide barely announced anything.. drunk out of paper cups
