The hardest part about the trip was climbing into the basket! (My partner has bad knees). But it was not impossible. It was smooth, calm and peaceful with amazing views.

This was our first time in a hot air balloon (maybe not the last) but us 2 couples had such a great experience. The ground crew were most helpful getting in and out of the basket with friendliness and understanding while the pilot was knowledgeable, conversive, humorous but masterful in guiding the balloon as needed with his many years of experience while answering and entertaining the passengers. Couldn't have been better. Of course loved the tremendous view and all of the other accommodations.
