The ride was so much fun and thrilling. The guys running the operation were very friendly and knew what they were doing. The landing took a lot of coordination and they pulled it off brilliantly. The only down side was that there was a lot of waiting around. I fully understand the time needed to set up and break down the balloon, and the need to make sure everyone used the bathrooms before going out. But, once we were loaded into the transportation van, we waited for a long time before heading out to the launch area. We were still able to catch the sunrise though. Overall a fantastic experience.

Josh was a great pilot, and the team worked fast. I could tell everyone was having a good time setting things up for us. The whole thing was amazing, and the views were even 100x better! Josh ensured we felt safe and comfortable, and we stuck the landing!!
