Saw one of their balloons right over my hotel while walking my dog one morning. So close we could talk to the occupants (well, one of us could bark to them.) decided to check it out online. My husband said he’d be happy to wave from the ground. I booked for the next morning. Crack of dawn drove to the starting point. Staff was great and everyone was excited (if still a little sleepy.) Joe and staff explained the process as we went. Experience and knowledge really gave everyone a sense of comfort engaging in an experience new to all of us. Ride was about an hour from launch to landing. Duration depends on wind and weather conditions. Beautiful views and SO quiet early in the a.m. We learned about the Temecula Valley as well as some history about ballooning. Mimosas and cupcakes were served as the crew packed up the balloon and then we were brought back to the starting point.

It's was just a magical experience. Definitely would plan to do this again. Joe at Cielo was great at explaining everything to us and it made it easier on those of us who were a little scare about the balloon rise. Thank you to Joe and his team .
