A weight fuel surcharge of $25 if over 225 lbs., $50 if over 255 lbs.

It was a nice experience. The information around breakfast is misleading. It said “continental breakfast” but we just got a bag of snacks. Also, I think the scale they use is off. It adds more weight somehow.

We state "individually wrapped breakfast items" which is what we provided. As we explained to you in person, it is a lingering result of the COVID-19 era. I know you wanted fruit, bagels, and cream cheese, but currently, the county of Riverside Health department recommends against buffet-style service for our industry. Besides, if you are gauging your balloon ride experience based on the food, I think you missed the bigger picture.

I booked this trip for my wife’s birthday and she absolutely loved every minute of the experience. When I booked I selected the “Shared Basket,” what the website doesn’t mention is that it’s a basket shared with 24 people. Fortunately, when we checked in we were given the option to upgrade and go on a semi basket which is for 8 people. So that was no big deal, just a heads up when you are booking. We were glad that they take pictures of your experience for free, in front of the ballon and in the basket, then they post on their Facebook the same day where you can download for free. They also have a third party show up and they offer to take pictures and video of your experience for a fee. Our flight was with Brian, he kicked ass! We loved his personality, he was knowledgeable, and wasn’t shy to answer any questions. After we landed we were given champagne and a bag with snacks. We did a toast to our flight with everyone who was in our balloon. Transportation to and back was provided. Would definitely book again!

This experience was like no other. The view was amazing and so surreal! The pilot was so informative and very nice! Most definitely do this again! And would totally recommend it!
