The pilot of the hot air balloon was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff for check in and driving however were rather rude, not very good customer service. The site says complimentary photo per guest, but does not say, only if you have social media (facebook) which I do not have. When I let them know I do not have facebook they said I would not be able to get the photo. The continental breakfast was a slim jim, a granola bar, and a trail mix. The girls and I had not planned on eating because of the complimentary breakfast they would supply us, but we all wish we had.

Marilyn, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you felt our hosting staff was rude. Was there something specific that happened? The free digital picture we take with our company camera is posted to Facebook. We take so many pictures of so many guests, it becomes impossible for us to know who is who any other way. But our hosts and crew staff also come around the basket and take pictures of you with your cell phone as well. I am told this was offered for your flight as well. We advertise our post flight celebration as a champagne, juice, or mimosa toast and a selection of individually wrapped breakfast items. Unfortunately, COVID-19 changed our breakfast from the bagels, cream cheese and mixed fruit we used to serve in a group setting. It actually costs us more money to offer the multiple, individually wrapped items. We also offer you a 15% discount for a sit down, waiter served meal at the elegant South Coast Winery Resort and Spa after your ride, if the food items we provide weren't enough.
