This was the best experience for a couple,party, or anyone who has ever wanted to ride a hot air balloon ! My boyfriend and I rode with Denny and he was a good vibe for so early in the morning. He explained the scenery, history and his own hot air ballooning expertise. I also loved the mimosa after the ride as a final touch, and then the certificate comes with deals at select wineries ! Very cool, would definitely do it again !

Our trip from start to finish was not a great experience, the person of greeted us not no customer relationship skills . That started off the trip on a bad not after waiting 4 years for the adventure. The balloon took longer to lift off because it became tangled with another balloon and therefore cut into the time in the air. When we landed there was no crew there to help the pilot steady the basket which fell on its side and skidded for a while making all the passengers pile up on each other . A number of my friends got hurt . The baskets was not accessible especially for older customer , there should have been step to assist in getting into the basket . We were piled like sardines but being able to see the entire you were stuck in position and the poked on each other when the basket landed on its side . Even then there should have been a crew on The ground to help passengers get out , luckily there were kind passengers to give a hand to the ones who got stuck .

Marilyn, Thank you for your review. Your description helps us determine which flight you were on. I agree with you it was not one of our finer days. The issue with your launch had no impact on your flight time. The winds picked up significantly during your flight and you had a windy landing. The crew was delayed because the chase vehicle had gotten stuck in the mud on the launch field. There are steps on the side of each balloon to help climb in and out. Fortunately, the circumstances that combined to gain us this review are rare. We're sorry that it didn't meet your expectations.

The operator canceled our balloon ride late the night before we were set to leave our house at 4am from Los Angeles. It was incredibly disappointing and ruined my birthday trip to Temecula. The weather was perfect and no explanation was made as to why they canceled. I left a message for them the next day to enquire, but my call was never returned. This company is unprofessional and out right rude.

Roland, it seems you booked with Viator's book now and pay later feature. Your reservation may have been canceled in Viator when the payment failed, so you weren't on our manifest. We canceled all flights early this week due to the weather and contacted all our guests. It has been very windy and raining. No one has been flying and there is still flooding on the ground. We are a small family business and I personally answer and return all calls, so I can't reconcile your last comment. There was one voicemail that called us profane names in Spanish. I didn't bother to return that call. Maybe that was you? Sorry if you feel your birthday was ruined but it would have been far worse if you had attempted to fly this week due to the weather.
